Rolex Watches, Gourmet Food and Candlelight

I was recently commissioned to photograph a Rolex watch event dinner, hosted by Laing the Jeweller at Edinburgh's prestigious Prestonfield House Hotel.  The setting was stunning and the chandeliers and candlelight created some very warm, intimate lighting.  Unfortunately for me, although beautiful, the room was very dark by camera standards and I had to go to ISO6400 even at an aperture of f2.8!
